隱私權政策
中華民國僑務委員會海外青年華語文研習班數位教學平台(以下稱「本平台」) 上刊載的所有內容，包括但不限於文字報導、 照片、影像、插圖、錄音、影音、檔案、軟體畫面的安排、軟體設計等素材，均受到中華民國著作權法及國際著作權法律的保障。我們非常重視您線上的隱私，因此訂定了隱私權條款，您可參考下列隱私權保護條款的內容。本平台保留此條款的修改權利。我們將依法令及本聲明內容保護您對個人資料之隱私權。

個人資料填寫
基於本平台所提供之各項服務，您同意於註冊時提供完整詳實且符合真實之個人資料，您所登錄之資料事後若有變更時，應隨時更新。您提供之個人資料若有填寫不實或原登錄之資料不實而未更新，或是有任何誤導之嫌，本平台保留隨時終止您會員資格及使用本平台之權利。

個人資料安全
為保障您的隱私及安全，您的本平台會員帳號資料會用密碼保護。我們將盡力以合理之技術及程序，保障所有個人資料之安全。對於您所登錄或留存之個人資料，本平台在未獲得您同意以前，絕不會提供、交換、出租或出售任何您的個人資料給其他個人、團體、私人企業或公務機關，但有法律依據或合約義務者，不在此限。前項但書之情形包括不限於：
1. 經由您書面同意。
2. 法律明文規定。
3. 受司法機關或其他有權機關基於法定程序之要求。
4. 為免除您生命、身體、自由或財產上之危險。
5. 當您在網站的行為，違反服務條款或可能損害或妨礙網站與其他使用者權益或導致任何人遭受損害時，經網站管理單位研析揭露您的個人資料是為了辨識、聯絡或採取法律行動所必要者。
6. 有利於您的權益。
7. 為保障本平台之財產及權益。請妥善保密您的網路密碼及個人資料，不要將任何個人資料，尤其是網路密碼提供給任何人。在您使用完本平台所提供的各項服務功能後，務必記得登出帳戶，若您與他人共享手機、電腦或使用公共電腦，切記要關閉或登出瀏覽軟體。

個人資料蒐集目的
本平台為履行客戶管理與服務、教學活動及其他電子商務服務與調查、統計與研究分析之目的而使用您所提供之資料，不會向任何人出售或出借消費者的個人識別資料。 蒐集之個人資料類別本平台內蒐集的個人資料包括：
1. 辨識個人者： 如會員之姓名、地址、電話、電子郵件等資訊。
2. 個人描述：例如：性別、出生年月日等。

利用期間、地區、對象及方式
1. 期間：會員當事人要求停止使用或本平台停止提供服務之日為止。
2. 地區：會員之個人資料將用於台灣地區。
3. 利用對象及方式：會員之個人資料蒐集除用於本平台之會員管理、客戶管理之檢索查詢等功能外，亦將利用於辨識身份、物流服務、行銷廣告宣傳等，或其他合法及合理方式使用。

個人資料查詢或更正的方式及個人資料權利之行使
使用者個人資料如有變更、或發現個人資料不正確的時候，可以隨時在本平台中要求更正，包括要求停止寄發相關訊息等。但交易紀錄、付款資料等則不在此修改範圍內。關於個資法第 3 條規定之當事人權利，您得透過本平台客服信箱 cmlcycu@cycu.edu.tw 以請求個人資料查詢、閱覽、製給複製本，並補充或更正，或請求本平台停止蒐集、處理、利用或刪除您的個人資料，或停止寄發資料或資訊。

隱私權聲明之修正及諮詢

To protect your privacy and security, your member account information on this platform will be password protected. We will try our best to ensure the security of all personal data with reasonable technology and procedures. Regarding the personal data that you log in or keep, this platform will never provide, exchange, rent or sell any of your personal data to other individuals, groups, private companies or public agencies without your consent, but there is a legal basis or contractual obligations are not limited to this. The proviso in the preceding paragraph includes but is not limited to:
1. With your written consent.
2. The law expressly stipulates.
3. Subject to the requirements of judicial organs or other competent organs based on legal procedures.
4. To avoid danger to your life, body, freedom or property.
5. Period, areas, parties and way of the use of your Personal Particulars
1. Period: Until the day when the member party requests to stop using or the platform stops providing services.
2. Area: The member's personal particulars will be used in Taiwan.
3. Ways to query or correct Personal Particulars and exercise of Personal Particulars rights
If the user's personal particulars is changed or found to be incorrect, user can request corrections on the platform at any time, including requesting to stop sending relevant messages. However, transaction records, payment information, etc. are not within the scope of this modification.
