會員服務使用條款及個資利用宣告
中華民國僑務委員會海青班(以下稱「本平台」)係依據本服務條款提供「海外青年華語文研習班班數位教學平台」服務 ( 以下簡稱「本服務」 ) 。當您註冊成為會員時，即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本約定書之所有內容。本中心有權於任何時間修改或變更本約定書之內容，建議您隨時注意該等修改或變更。您於任何修改或變更後繼續使用本服務，視為您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受該等修改或變更。如果您不同意本約定書的內容，或者您所屬的國家或地域排除本約定書內容之全部或一部時，您應立即停止使用本服務。
若您為未滿二十歲，除應符合上述規定外，並應於您的家長（或監護人）閱讀、瞭解並同意本約定書之所有內容及其後修改變更後，方得使用或繼續使用本服務。當您使用或繼續使用本服務時，即表示您的家長（或監護人）已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本約定書之所有內容及其後修改變更。

會員隱私權政策
關於您的會員註冊以及其他特定資料依本中心「隱私權條款」受到保護與規範。

會員帳號、密碼及安全
1. 您可以自行選擇使用者名稱和密碼，但您有妥善自行保管和保密的義務，且應自行負責維護您會員註冊帳戶之機密與安全性，您的會員註冊帳戶不得透漏或提供予第三人使用，對於使用特定使用者名稱和密碼使用會員服務之行為、以及登入系統後之所有行為，均應由您負責。
2. 您如果發現或懷疑其使用者名稱和密碼被第三人冒用或不當使用，應立即通知本中心，以利本中心及時採取適當的因應措施；但上述因應措施不得解釋為本中心因此而明示或默示對您負有任何形式之賠償或補償義務。

會員的守法義務及承諾
您承諾絕不為任何非法目的或以任何非法方式使用本服務，並承諾遵守中華民國相關法規及一切使用網際網路之國際慣例。您若係中華民國以外之使用者，並同意遵守所屬國家或地域之法令。您同意並保證不得利用本服務從事侵害他人權益或違法之行為，包括但不限於：
1. 公布或傳送任何誹謗、侮辱、具威脅性、攻擊性、不雅、猥褻、不實、違反公共秩序或善良風俗或其他不法之文字、圖片或任何形式的檔案於本服務及本服務所運作之軟體上。
2. 侵害他人名譽、隱私權、營業秘密、商標權、著作權、專利權、其他智慧財產權及其他權利。
3. 違反依法律或契約所應負之保密義務。
4. 冒用他人名義使用本服務。
5. 傳輸或散佈電腦病毒。
6. 從事未經本中心事前授權的商業行為。
7. 刊載、傳輸、發送垃圾郵件、連鎖信、違法或未經本中心許可之多層次傳銷訊息及廣告等；或儲存任何侵害他人智慧財產權或違反法令之資料。
8. 對本服務其他用戶或第三人產生困擾、不悅或違反一般網路禮節致生反感之行為。
9. 禁止張貼或傳播任何不實廣告、宣傳資料或其他形式的誘騙性廣告。
10. 其他不符本服務所提供的使用目的之行為或本中心有正當理由認為不適當之行為。

與第三人網站及軟體的連結
本中心於本服務中所提供之外站（非本服務所自行經營規劃之網站）連結，主要由廣告贊助之版面與連結設定，或旨在提供您相關參考資訊。您可能會因此連結至其他業者經營的網站，但不表示本中心與該等業者有任何關係。其他業者經營的網站均由各該業者自行負責，不屬本中心控制及負責範圍之內。本中心對該等網站之內容不擔保其合適性、可依賴性、即時性、有效性、正確性及完整性。您也許會連結到一些令您厭惡或不需要的網站，遇到此類情形時，本中心建議您不要瀏覽或儘速離開該等網站。

系統中斷或故障
本服務有時可能會出現中斷或故障等現象，或許將造成您使用上的不便、資料喪失、錯誤、遭人篡改或其他經濟上損失等情形。您於使用本服務時宜自行採取防護措施。本中心對於您因使用（或無法使用）本服務而造成的損害，不負任何賠償責任。

本中心對於您使用本服務或經由本軟體及網站連結之其他網站或軟體而下載的軟體或資料，不負任何擔保責任。您應於下載前自行斟酌與判斷前述軟體或資料之合適性、有效性、正確性、完整性、及是否侵害他人權利，以免遭受損失（例如：造成您電腦系統受損、或儲存資料流失等）；本中心對於該等損失不負任何賠償責任。

本中心對於您使用本服務或經由連結之其他網站或軟體而取得之資訊或建議（包括但不限於，商務、投資理財、醫療、法律等方面），不擔保其為完全正確無誤。本中心對於本服務所提供之資訊或建議有權隨時修改或刪除。您在做出任何相關規劃與決定之前，仍應請教專業人員針對您的情況提出意見，以符合您的個別需求。

本中心對本服務不提供任何明示或默示的擔保，包含但不限於商業適法性、特定目的之適用性及未侵害他人權利。本中心不完全保證以下事項：

3. 由本服務之使用而取得之結果為正確或可靠。
4. 您經由本服務購買或取得之任何產品、服務、資訊或其他資料將符合您的期望。

2. 在尊重他人智慧財產權之原則下，會員同意在使用時，不作侵害他人智慧財產權之行為。
3. 若會員有涉及侵權之情事，本中心可暫停全部或部份之服務，或逕自以取消會員帳號之方式處理，如有損害，並得請求因此所生之損害賠償。
4. 有發現智慧財產權遭侵害之情事，請將所遭侵權之情形及聯絡方式，並附具真實陳述及擁有合法智慧財產權之聲明，以電子郵件（E-mail）寄送至 cmlcycu@cycu.edu.tw 方式聯絡本中心。




Member Criteria
Member service use terms and personal information use announcement
Language Study Program for Compatriot Youth(Distance Learning) of Overseas Community Affairs Council, Republic of China(Taiwan)(the third and seventh steps, hereinafter referred to as "the platform"), is to provide the "Overseas Youth Chinese Language Seminar Class Digital Teaching Platform" service (hereinafter referred to as "the service") in accordance with these terms of service. When you register as a member, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to accept all the contents of this agreement. The Center has the right to modify or change the content of this agreement at any time, and we recommend that you pay attention to such modifications or changes at any time. If you continue to use the service after any modification or change, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to accept such modification or change. If you disagree with the content of this agreement, or your country or region excludes all or part of the content of this agreement, you should stop using the service immediately.
If you are under the age of twenty, in addition to complying with the above regulations, you must read, understand and agree to all the contents of this agreement and subsequent revisions before your parents (or guardians) can use or continue to use the service. When you use or continue to use the service, it means that your parent (or guardian) has read, understood and agreed to accept all the contents of this agreement and subsequent modifications and changes.

Your membership registration and other specific information are protected and regulated in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" of the Center.

Members account, password and security
1. You can choose your user name and password by yourself, but you have the obligation to keep and keep it confidential, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your registered member account. Your registered member account must not be disclosed or provided to the third party. For people to use, you should be responsible for all behaviors of using a specific user name and password to use member services, and all behaviors after logging in to the system.
2. If you find or suspect that your user name and password have been fraudulently used or improperly used by a third party, you should immediately notify the center so that the Center can take appropriate response measures in a timely manner; however, the above-mentioned response measures shall not be interpreted as the Center. Member's obligations and commitments
You promise not to use the service for any illegal purpose or in any illegal way, and you promise to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China and all international practices for using the Internet. Users are outside of the Republic of China, and agree to abide by the laws and regulations of your country or region. You agree and warrant that you will not use this service to engage in acts that infringe on the rights of others or violate the law, including but not limited to:

6. Engaging in commercial activities that have not been previously authorized by the Center.
7. Publish, transmit, send spam, chain letters, illegal or unauthorized multi-level marketing messages and advertisements, etc.; or store any information that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or violates laws and regulations.
8. Acts that cause confusion, discomfort to other users of this service or third parties, or violate general Internet etiquette and cause disgust.
9. It is prohibited to post or disseminate any false advertisements, promotional materials or other forms of deceptive advertisements.
10. Other behaviors that do not conform to the purpose of use provided by this service or behaviors that the center has legitimate reasons to consider inappropriate.

Links to third-party websites and software
The links to external sites (not the sites operated and planned by the service) provided by the Center in this service are mainly set up by advertisement-sponsored pages and links, or to provide you with relevant reference information. You may link to websites operated by other companies, but it does not mean that our Center has any relationship with those companies. The websites operated by other companies are all responsible by the respective companies themselves and are not within the control and responsibility of this center. The Center does not guarantee the suitability, reliability, immediacy, validity, correctness and completeness of the content of these websites. You may link to some websites that you dislike or don't need. When encountering such situations, we recommend that you do not browse or leave these websites as soon as possible.

System interruption or failure
The service may sometimes be interrupted or malfunctioning, which may cause inconvenience in use, loss of data, errors, tampering with others, or other economic losses.
