如何申請課程?

實用華語會話班入學申請表

I. 註冊流程

步驟一：請提交以下文件以郵寄/e-mail的方式繳交至中原大學華語中心

所需文件： ● 入學申請表 ● 最高學歷畢業證書影本及成績單（兩者須為中文或英文的版本） ● 護照影本1份 ● 一吋照片3張 ● 個人意外及醫療保險或全民健康保險證明（若無華語文教學中心將統一為學生辦理，每期收費新台幣1,000元） ● 銀行財力證明（台灣或母國之帳戶皆可，至少新台幣80,000元以上）審核申請者文件資料收到報名文件後，華語文教學中心將審核申請者的文件資料，約需5個工作天。順利通過審核的申請者將會收到入學通知書，申請者需盡快準備文件辦理來台灣研習中文之簽證。

步驟二：申請簽證

學生收到中原大學的入學通知書(Admission Letter)後，由學生本人持入學通知書(Admission Letter)到當地的台灣大使館、台灣領事館、或台北經濟文化辦事處(Taipei Economy and Culture Office)申請六十天的簽證(Visitor Visa)。

※到台灣後，可以申請兩次六十天的延長簽證(Extension) ※連續就讀四個月以上，可至外交部申請居留簽證(Resident Visa)，再至移民署換居留證(ARC)，就可不限次數延長在台期限。

步驟三：繳交學費

所有費用可以現金繳交，或現場刷卡。

步驟四：入學報到

報到日期，請於入學通知書中查看。

步驟五：課程開始！
